WHY GROW WILD FRUIT?
Certainly not to replace those more common we already grow in our gardens, but hopefully to compliment them.
Salmonberries
Some have a long history and tradition of use amongst the native people where they originate, from North American Indians to our own ancestors here in the UK.
If you are looking for a new taste or colour for the kitchen; have awkward spots to fill in the garden; want some extra colour and interest for the winter; are creating a wild life garden or just want to use fewer chemicals; then we hope we can provide an unusual and creative solution.
Salmonberries
Whatever type of garden you have be it large or small, damp or dry, acid or alkaline we can provide something that will be happy to grow there. We have plants that are suitable for ground cover, hedges, shelterbelts, shady woodland gardens or sun baked terraces.
Most are hardy, and should need little attention once established, though we also offer a small selection of something more exotic for your conservatory or windowsill.
